An order is created before payment and remains awaiting payment until the payment is confirmed.

Payment instructions are provided after the order is created. Send the exact amount shown using the selected payment method.
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.
Crypto payments
Always use the exact asset, network and receiving address shown on the payment page.
Transfers sent using the wrong asset, network or address may be permanently lost and may not be recoverable.
If you send more than the required amount, the overpaid amount will be returned after review. Contact support with your order number and transaction ID.
